112 Joint Personnel Deployed to Sterilize Jl. Mayjen Sutoyo from PKL

Regarding the sidewalk arrangement program on Jl. Mayjen Sutoyo, Cawang, Cililitan, East Jakarta, 112 joint personnel from Satpol PP, army/police, Transportation Sub-agency, and PPSU are deployed to sterilize the area from street vendors (PKL).

We will guard the area for a month to prevent street vendors

East Jakarta Satpol PP Head, Budhy Novian stated, his side will guard the area for a month while socializing people about sidewalk arrangement program. Including to help control the traffic flow around the location.

"This is done, because the sidewalk will be transformed into a park," he conveyed, Wednesday (1/19).

He hoped that 21 street vendors who usually sell on the sidewalk could follow the rules that have been set and understand that the arrangement is made for public interest.

"The sidewalk will be returned to its original function," he asserted.
